Opportunity to work for one of the leading consulting and network integration firms in New York. We provide technology services to clients across the nation with networks from 50 to 5000 PCs. Core technical competencies of the Firm include enterprise infrastructure, messaging, virtualization, and desktop deployments.
Your job responsibilities include providing consultative technology services and support, as well as the design and implementation of technology solutions to the Firm’s clients. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate is self motivated and capable of working in both team and individual settings. Must be willing to travel.
Qualifications for this opportunity include a 4-year degree and a minimum of 1-3 years industry experience working with Windows Servers. MCSE and/or related technical certifications are strongly preferred.
Experience with installation, configuration, systems administration, migrations, and software deployments is preferred. Ability to work well with both business and technical users is required.
Continuing technical training and certification is available and strongly encouraged. Specialized career tracks are available in areas including, but not limited to: virtualization, systems management, enterprise content management, storage area networks, business continuity and disaster recovery.
